There are opportunities to learn and gain added responsibilities throughout the company. Relaxed dress code

Cons

Additional responsibilities do not add additional pay. Insurance options are expensive. New hires have compensation based on the market, while current employees lag the market and do not receive increases that are equivalent to experience and inflation. Daily meetings that could be an email should be avoided.
