Pros

BitTitan has a unique an exciting culture, I get to work with smart, fun talented people every day. it's challenging and never boring. I get t be creative, learn new things, and actually make an impact! The facilities are awesome (gym, cafeteria, pool table and more) Work life balance is great and as a mom I feel like there is a lot of consideration. People here inspire me and I just love going to work every morning. I get to be a part of a growing start up and grow with it! Awesome management!

Pros

These are so many reasons to work at BitTitan! The people I work with are amazing and have become great friends, we have a lot of activities that are actually really fun to participate in and we get sh#t done! We have monthly happy hours, birthday celebrations, new hire lunches, an on-site gym the list goes on and on. Our CEO has worked very hard (and succeeded) in creating a place to work that is incredibly fun with dedicated employees.

Pros

Extremely well run, good attention to detail, really value employees contribution. Cool products. Everyone goes out of their way for you. Not a 'Hire and Fire it' type organization that most companies have seem to have slept walked into. Training is second to non, best place I ever worked.

Cons

Expanding so quickly its hard to keep up sometimes. Sales people need technical skills

We spend a lot of resources on an ongoing basis to make it the best place to work for our employees. I started this company with a vision of a great place to work for myself.
