Pros

Amazing company to work for. The people are extremely nice, and very helpful. You can walk up to anyone including the CEO and ask them a question. The new office was voted the best in the Seattle area, and 2nd best company to work for in the Seattle area. If you are looking for a high passed fun environment I highly recommend it.

Cons

The learning curve is a little longer than other companies due to the fact that the tech field is very broad and complicated.

Communication and the transparency of those communications is core to what makes BitTitan "tick." We believe that our employees should hear the good, bad, and ugly things that go around within the company.What I always tell our employees is that we are 95% transparent. No company can be 100% transparent as the 5% are things that no company can speak about which include harassment, termination and other employee sensitive conversations. Our employees respect this as they know we are not interested in spreading rumors or bad mouthing others but rather getting down to the core of problems so that we can come up with solutions.
