Absurd RTO Policy for the job being done Said RTO policy does not apply equally to everyone The CEO is in way over his head and shifts goalposts constantly while also firing many of his staff on a whim. Long term prospects for the company are bleak given the weak CEO and his lack of any focus on what's making him money.

Hands down the worst-run company I've ever worked for. Read the Washington Post piece about Blitz/TSM, and you'll know what you're getting into. CEO has stated the claims made in the article were “exaggerated;” they were not. Very judgmental, immature, and inexperienced leadership. Executives make asinine decisions that make it impossible to accomplish the simplest goals then blame and lash out at others if something goes wrong. Toxic positivity and delusional thinking abound. Try to improve something or suggest that something could be different and you’ll be gaslighted into thinking nothing is wrong and Blitz is perfect as it is. But alas, Blitz still a disaster. No vision. No culture. No future.
