Pros
There are some genuinely good people who work here but they lack support.
Cons
The place is run by young inexperienced, all male engineers who don't value process and collaboration and will outright act belligerent towards any new ideas that threaten the culture they have built for themselves. Huge lack of diversity and a culture of blame and fear based leadership style. Leadership at the top is very inexperienced when it comes to operationally running and scaling a company leading to the highest turnover rate at any company I've seen. Feature prioritization, planning and release processes are poor and unprofessional. Don't expect to learn the best software development practices here.
