Pros

Use to have terriffic people who knew what they were doing in the industry Use to have products that were the envey of their peirs globally Use to have a contracting division which actually tried to meet the clients requirements and look for improvements to processes

Cons

Run by a bunch of people who care nothing for employees or industry and only about the money that they themselves can earn Products managed by a group of people who know nothing nor care anything regarding the application of performance of the prodyucts in the end users hands even when it is their own contracting division If it does not happen in the USA then it surely cannot happen anywhere else in the world, because everything is like the USA, there is no different cultures or through processes of value anywhere else

Pros

It must have been a great place without which they can not get so many good people. Certainly compensation and Benefits are good.

Cons

None of the Compensation and benefits are worth the constant pressure and hanging sword. Company is in downturn which is not a big deal. Question is how you manage it. Senior Management seems to have no clue whatsoever on what's going on Ground...basically in this environment they don'f find time to see on ground.. All they do is to manage Bosses and keep your Job safe because no one is safe. IT Senior Management is perfect example of this .. "No Clue on what's going on ground but manager bosses well. They have additional challenge of NO Understanding of how IT works But who cares they manage their bosses well" CEO who was once looked as a BIG Hope seems hopeless to me .. How can you run company with deliberate constant hanging sword.. OK you need to layoff people to keep business intact... we get it .. Do it once and send communication that we are Good now ..What's point in keep threatening people every month about upcoming layoffs. All this of course creates huge impact on day to day work and causes more serious problems for company.
