I love Bonterra's values. They are actually aligned and actionable in our everyday work so they aren't some cute sayings stuck on a wall like several companies I have been apart of. They also encourage authenticity and great work/life balance.

Bonterra is a company that follows their words with actions. The culture is inviting and all are encouraged to contribute. Leadership truly cares about the values of the organization which includes a true commitment to the employees. At Bonterra, purpose is valued above all else. Coworkers are helpful and friendly. There is ample room for advancement and to learn new skills.

Cons

There are a few typical growing pains as there are with all growing companies, but they are handled swiftly.
