Pros

It is rewarding to help our customers make a greater impact on the communities they serve and to work with people across all areas of our business who are passionate about giving back. We have big goals and I am excited to be a part of it!

Cons

Every company has room for improvement, particularly during phases of rapid growth when no one has all the answers. Overall, I am impressed with leadership’s communication.

Pros

Being one of the largest social good platforms in the world, it has been very exciting to be a part of this company. The cultures and values align with my own and make way for an inclusive and healthy work environment for both virtual and in person engagements.

Cons

No downsides truly come to mind. I hope that we have more opportunities to connect with coworkers in the Austin office but this is understandable since we are still making our way out of the COVID pandemic.

A Great Place to Grow Your Career

Pros

There is a ton of opportunity for growth within Bonterra and leadership is always looking to grow folks from within. It's a particularly positive culture for women to grow in with a lot of female leaders and desire to disrupt a male dominated industry. The unlimited PTO policy is widely utilized and there isn't the frowning upon using time off you see at other companies with the same policy. Over the course of the years I've received consistent promotions, opportunity for success and recognition. It's a great place to further your career if you're feeling stagnant.

Cons

Moving fast can give leaders limited time to spend with the folks under them at times which can sometimes be frustrating on both sides. As with any recently merged company there are a lot of decisions still to be made and processes still to be perfected so if you're looking for a very established company it might not be the best fit.
