Pros

There is a baby-foot. There are fruits and stuff to eat. Some good coffee. The neighborhood is really nice for eating and there is a big park nearby. Board games evenings. Interesting subjects to work on. Nice and efficient coworkers.

Cons

The street is quite noisy.

Pros

Great products, a lot of ambition, in the platform (technologies, data volumes) as well as in the company global development. The atmosphere is excellent, the work relationship between coworkers is easy, direct and efficient. Growth and investments are correlated with increase of the annual revenue, which is healthy.

Cons

None for me. Paris office is a bit noisy because we are on a street with high traffic, but the place is very nice and central.

Pros

It’s still a very fast paced environment and there’s is plants of room to grow if you are ambitious. One of the biggest pros is that it really feels like you are in control of your own “destiny” here. High performers are rewarded as such in every department it seems.

Cons

There’s no real middle management yet in some departments so it can feel a little micro-managed from above. It’s totally understandable to want to be a part of every process, but sometimes it’s good for leadership to give more responsibility and trust to the people they hired to do a job.
