Pros

Great atmosphere, perks and location. Very bright co-workers, co-founders are always available and open to new suggestions. Amazing product, lots of challenges. Very fast paced.

Cons

None so far! Lots of changes since the funding, but the company has managed to grow from 20 to 60 employees amazingly smoothly
