Sense of ownership, flexibility, opportunity to earn and learn, fun and funny team, recurring commissions, great job for self motivated sellers who are happy to learn as they go

Cons

Changing goalposts, changing commission structures, constantly shifting priorities, expected to work beyond 40 hours a week, changing business model, tons of pressure, little training offered

* Polite in the interview process

Cons

* Pretty much after interview everything is a con, They are not professional senbding you feedbacks, while the CEO seems over-friendly, none of them are to be counted on. They give false hopes and keep you in the pipeline for longer. wouldn't recommend to anyone. They talk about inclusion,but you can't see it in the company culture.
