The leadership team actually listens to its employees and takes what they have to say into consideration. Everyone is willing to help everyone. Plenty of chances to grow. Fun work environment and group of employees.

Cons

Must be self-starter and ready to work on your own. Can be a lot of information in the beginning and takes time to process and understand.

Expect mentorship, and growth opportunities professionally and for your compensation. BrainSell if a fast-growing company focused on outcomes for customers and employees. High impact and project-based, whether your in sales, marketing, or service delivery.

Cons

Requires specialized knowledge of business operations and software. It's a lot to learn. Ramp time is about 6-12 months in sales, but the payoff is worth it. Small company that requires you to be a self-starter to be successful. If you're a hungry individual with a propensity toward learning, you'll love working here. If not - it might not be the right organization for you.
