Pros

None. It used to be a great place to work, but they revamped everything this summer and cut many of their retention specialists' by at least a thousand a month, but some even more.

Cons

The management keeps secrets about where your job is going. They outsourced their positions to other countries claiming it's necessary for call volume, but I sit for 30-45 mins at a time without a call. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR OUTSOURCED TALENT COMMISSION. So, what's the real motivation?

Pros

WFH. Internet and TV included IF you live in the network of service.

Cons

I resigned in November of 2025 (worked here over 4 years). The last year was awful. Micromanaged to death as a ploy by the Canada Owner/Management to get people to quit so they don't have to pay further severance for people they lay off due to downsizing strategies to make more money for the executive teams. The platform is to go 90% AI. There's probably less than 150 US based people left between sales, retention, customer service and technical support to include management. They utilize USA based companies that outsource jobs to foreign countries to save money and Skirt hiring requirements. Be ready to make 15 an hour and minimal commission....and NO work life balance due to daily schedule changes. Don't bother asking for time off....they are constantly short staffed and it won't be approved......So just call in sick and be written up. Make sure to fill out the employees survey that's NOT anonymous. They also monitor your personal chats and emails. If you strive to add stress and depression to your life.....this company is for you!
