I would write nothing if I could. I like that the position is remote, that why I took the position, but that's about it.

Cons

Not paid enough, barely any PTO, HORRIBLE management, anything an employee says is not listened to, frequent lay offs, horrible culture, no one listens or communicates clearly

Cons

Sitel aka foundever is taking over jobs from American workers whom are laid off due to greedy corporate. Company is stepping on little man to get bigger profits but it won’t end well BBB is probably going to demand better from them.
