Good pay and benefits, but overwhelming micromanagement

Benefits, schedule and pay was good.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. The call structures are also over whelming. You’re expected to follow the same call structure for each call. It was become very repetitive and overstimulating for most people. Hence why their turn over is high.
