Pros

Decent benefits, peers seem to bond

Cons

Where do I start? Management is a joke. Lots of favoritism. You are encouraged to see something say something, but when you do, you are considered a bully. Pay absolutely sucks for the amount of work you are expected to do. Turnover is terrible. The executives have no idea what goes on within the departments.
