They will help you understand simple interest. You don't have to give a 2 week notice (on the fact that they will fire you on the spot)

Cons

Honestly it's a sub prime company just like their loans. If you had to choose between say McDonald's or Bridgecrest, I'd take McDonald's. Because then atleast there would be lateral movement available. I had to deny many offers internally due to pay cuts until I left for another company. Don't offer a 2 week notice they will fire you on the spot.

Cons

Can move from one department to another from month to month.
