Great work environment overall. Only con was very occasional disagreements with coworkers regarding how to best handle situations- nothing abnormal!

Good job for education lovers, but low pay for ADs

A good job if you like working in education and with kids.

Cons

AD’s are expected to pick up the slack for directors, but don’t receive the proper pay. Directors get monthly meetings, but AD’s are lucky if we get 2/ year
