They put on a big front to get you in there

The office was incredibly understaffed, the nurse in charge did not seem concerned when everything wasnt done. Was forced to work outside my job description on a regular basis

No communication in office, rude staff they aren't professional, they always blame the emplpyees for their mistakes then make you pay for them, on top of that they dont want to pay you for the work you do.

Pros

Each Brightstar care office is independently owned and operated. The employees of this office simply care about making money & not the field employees (Caregivers) or clients. The only good things about this is there is some PTO and 401k after a year. Pay is weekly. Also the CEO is kind.

Cons

No a good work/life balance, no guaranteed hours, pushy office staff. Communication is poor. Overall would not recommend to anyone.
