      Pros

      Great work culture, constant learning programs, open door management. I have been employed over a year and management is very supportive in improving our processes in recruitment.

      Cons

      Being here over a year I have learned the time invested is not an 8-5 schedule. It is a work-life integration commitment and that is just the nature of the beast to grow accustomed to.

      Active part of company vision and goals. Entrepreneurial office environment. Continual company and personal growth, including room for advancement. Aggressive sales team support. Open communication. Transparency with upper management.

      It can be tough to decide if I want to sit or stand at my stand-up desk with dual monitors.

      Pros

      Ever felt like your opinion didn't matter at your place of work? That won't happen here. The team at Broadstaff has been one of the most supportive groups of people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The office culture makes you feel like you are part of a family, and they are constantly running spiffs/incentives to keep work fun and entertaining.

      Cons

      At the time I'm writing this, the company is still small but growing fast. The only real negative to come of this is that at the moment they are still working on bulking up their benefits package. It's not bad as is, I just know there is better to come and that's really the only negative point I can think to make. Beyond that, being a part of such an up and coming company is fantastic.
