      Pros

      The CEO has life coaching experience so she tends to care more than normal bosses and helps find resolution to any issues or conflict that may arise. She is approachable and listens to our ideas which is refreshing. I feel appreciated for my work and that is powerful.

      Cons

      The current health insurance isn't great, the broker said once we grow more we will be given better options. Also no current 401K.

      Pros

      Broadstaff has a collaborative culture, where the opinions of employees matter. There is an open communication between leadership and the team at all times, making you feel supported. There are attainable incentive programs in place that give employees the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses. Most importantly, Broadstaff values people, both its employees and the clients and candidates we serve.

      Cons

      As a company grows, there is always a need for flexibility when processes and procedures are reevaluated, and Broadstaff is no exception. As we continue to grow, I would like to see Broadstaff offer a 401k plan for it's employees.
