The other reviews here are accurate but with some exaggeration, it's a fun place to work, really good people. it sometimes feels like a small company without the catering to the oversensitivity of Millenials like startups do, so its a really good atmosphere. The projects are really interesting and most managers/senior people are great
Cons
The compensation is very low. The other review on here from the manager is very misleading, when they say be patient, they really mean work yourself to the bone for 10+ years. you are better off doing a 2-3 years here to get some good experience, then switch to a company that pays well. The profit sharing bonus is very small, nothing to get excited about For anyone reading this you should be careful with the overly positive reviews, there is an ongoing effort by HR to improve the company's rating on this site so the company lifers are stretching the truth about the pros
