Let you work remotely and co workers are actually very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Company laid off people due to not having "enough work" though I was working. Why did they hire people in less than 3 months saying that the company is growing yet they don't have enough work to pay people to be in the company.

Good training for entry level engineers to get some experience, Great work culture, can learn a lot in a short time.

Cons

The travel commissioning work is tough, working in dirty airports with no AC/heat for extended periods of time, The pay is very low compared to other companies, expect to get paid a lot less than others in same position.
