Pros

Bronto has a fun and exciting culture to be part of, sharing similar values. To add to this, the work never gets dull. Definitely no regrets about moving to Bronto and plenty of opportunities for the future within the organisation.

Cons

I have to say there is no real negative things to point out. Working in a different country to the head quarters always presents new and different challenges. While at times progressing through complex issues can be a bit delayed due to this, it is only more knowledge and character building allowing a certain independence for both self and team to be formed.

The culture, management, and growth opportunities have made the past 2 years wonderful for me. I have grown so much as a sales professional and have really developed my skills to be successful here for many years to come through the training and support provided by the entire sales organization, specifically management. They also really look out for their employees and work with individuals to continue growing and moving up in their career. The culture is unique at Bronto and is really geared toward providing a fun work environment that encourages relationships between all departments. I look forward to continuing to be a part of a growing organization.

Cons

I enjoy the collaboration with my colleagues and other teams provided by being in the office everyday, but for those who are looking to work remotely on a regular basis, this may be something to consider.
