Pros
The culture is relaxed and welcoming. There's a sense of work hard/play hard but different from my previous employer - there's more professionalism and harder work to go along with the play hard/great culture. The office space is amazing and really allows you to get to know your team and be comfortable while working. There's all kinds of areas you can relax in to get some work done if you need to get away from your desk. The transparency in the Quarterly Business Review with the CEO and other leaders has been refreshing and the WIN program (Women in NetSuite) fostering women's leadership is motivating and energizing.
Cons
The new hire orientation could have been better but I understand there's still a transition happening between combining NetSuite ways and Bronto.
