      Good but can be a lot better

      Pros

      On going new advancement technology wise, aggressive to push technology company to be the leader. Many good visions and wonderful folks in the hospital.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement and in some case the only way senior management leave is when they expired. When management style, leadership is outdated, they get to hire 'consultant', spend/waste more on something they could find out/resolve from their own resources because leadership level conflicts.

      You don't need education or any experience to be placed in a leadership position at BLHC. Actually, being smart and professional is frowned upon

      Cons

      PFS is a perfect example why BLHC is ranked the worst Hospital in the tri-state area (tied for 49th).
