Pros

Nice employees and people and great facilities. Always busy and have something to do and the discounts are great especially if you are into running

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work we do. We are not an average customer service position. We do projects (extra work outside of pay range) and learn 12+ complicated systems management is slacking, and employees hard work is never recognized. You get a fifty cent “raise” every year which. Extremely hard to move up in the business.
