Pros

Colleagues were great and the office is nice

Cons

In customer success and sales, the only real opportunity for promotions is if you’re friends with the right people. I say this as someone who was promoted over others far more deserving. The compensation for entry level positions is among the lowest you will find and has been for years. When this issue finally reached a tipping point, employees were told a “compensation consultant” was being brought in to ensure people were being paid their fair market value. This was not the actual purpose of this consultant, as we later found out they were tasked with determining who gets laid off and who doesn’t. So not only did leadership fail to address the serious compensatory concerns of their employees, but they lied to their faces.

Pros

Great people- which is what keeps everyone here

Cons

Terrible pay Goals are hard to hit, and they take away any leverage you might have Constantly changing requirements asking for you to work more and harder (even tho your pay doesn’t change) Manager and higher ups do not care about the BDR position, they are fine with the amount of turn over because they will just replace you with someone else
