      Pros

      Excellent management/people/and treatment. People at Buildertrend are incredible to be around. They do not micromanage you and are encouraging.

      They offer a lower base salary compared to other companies

      Beer on tap and snacks.

      Cons

      Low pay and very little visibility across departments and management levels. Once you leave the company, Jeff(one of the owners) will all but condemn you and leave you feeling like the interaction was more of a high school breakup than a professional parting.
