The people. They have incredible talent.

Cons

Leadership. It’s odd that most employees are great and leadership is completely clueless. Our current CRO has never lead a sales team before? Also people aren’t getting paid commission and our pay checks have started getting delayed. It’s nearing the end of the first quarter and there’s no comp plan. They don’t care that their people aren’t getting paid. We also have tons of software to manage ourselves, yet they add new manual processes/docs daily.

Cons

Very high turnover. Below Average compensation. Micro managers. The Leadership Team making decisions is very far removed from the work getting done and have made some terrible choices for middle management.

This may be a pro or a con depending on your preferences. Built is an intense place. There is a major focus on performance. Leadership is constantly talking about "raising the bar." There are definitely a lot of growing pains at Built as it transitions from a start-up to a larger hypergrowth company.
