Pros

A lot of bonus perks for working there. Really talented, friendly people who'd been around for a long time Office space was very fancy Very robust support for professional development.

Cons

Layoffs led to pretty low morale for periods. Leadership felt like they started to communicate less over my tenure.

Nearly zero crunch. Great culture. Legacy of excellent games. Extremely fair and accessible promotion paths. Highly competitive pay for the industry.

Cons

Archaic tech stack. Low velocity. Lots of bureaucracy. Major mishandlings of long term financial planning from leadership (layoffs)
