Pros

Amazing people, teammates, a supportive culture amongst the employees, and middle management.

Cons

Leadership made some poor business and financial decisions that led to the studio requiring to lay off incredibly talented individuals in less than a year. Lacked accountability.

Pros

- Amazing coworkers - Amazing culture - Amazing benefits - Amazing game and community

Cons

The leadership team has sold out the studio to Sony and is using them as an excuse to pass on the blame for their poor decisions. They are incredibly tone deaf and quick to pat themselves on the back for the hard work of the studio at large, but hold no accountability for their bad judgment and poor decisions cost >30% the studio their jobs.
