True full-time is a rite of passage that is not defined or explained. A glass ceiling is very real and the easiest way to advance is to quit, advance elsewhere and come back

Pros

The experience there was really good. All my coworkers and bosses we really social and nice to each other. The work was fun, because all we do is make fun games.

Cons

The hours are bad. Some people were too immature and annoying and clingy. Some people said some racist remarks to us about some fans and the color of characters in the games we were working on
