Pros

Bungie transcends other game studios by investing in their employees and making them feel valued. The amount of perks here are amazing and they do a great job of retaining talent. Your voice as an individual is heard and you can accomplish great things with the people on your team.

Cons

Space can be an issue as the company is growing rapidly. Can't really list many negatives as none of them are that bad.

Pros

Bungie takes care of its employees - good benefits, stable work environment, they do their best to hire people full time instead if stringing them along contract. Thier games are fun to work on and the work environment is challenging but rewarding.

Cons

Bungie can be a little top heavy at times when it comes to management.
