Way too much crunch

Pros

-People were nice -Plenty of free booze in fridge -Cool to be part of a huge project

Cons

-Company growing so fast you feel small -Set salary with tons of overtime, 0 overtime pay. 60-80 hour weeks with 40hr week pay -Parking only for select few "staff," otherwise $150+ a month -No bonuses -No profit sharing -Poor amount of PTO -Holidays fluctuate per year, undependable -They actually *schedule* crunch and tell everyone to expect it -No ability to expand career -Very poor raises (if ever)

Pros

Get place to work. Great location and benefits. Amazing staff and management. Happy I made the choice to move for this job.

Cons

There really is not anything bad I can say about my time with this company. I left for family reasons or I'd still be there.
