Pros

The compensation is decent for a retail company. 2 week’s vacation, 10 paid sick days and time and a half plus a comp day for working on a holiday is a nice incentive.

Cons

There is a major communication disconnect between upper management and sales associates. This particular location does not work well as a team and company policies are not followed on a consistent basis. There are a lot of unprofessional actions that take place on the sales floor by Supervisors and AGM. Also, there is not much of a work/life balance. Yearly raises are minuscule at best.

Pros

-Excellent benefits. -Flexible hours. -Great discount. -Plenty of days off.

Cons

-Outrageous sales goals and not enough commission. -A lot of favoritism amongst management. People promoted with little/no experience in the role while others who had experience weren't.
