Pros

At first it is the food but that wears off after a month or so. Don't be fooled.

Cons

I would caution anyone who is looking to work here. From the outside it appears that this place would be fun to work for and that they support and appreciate their employees. However when you get hired, as I did 3 years ago, they flip on you and everything you were told about the culture and the people is completely false. If you want a job where you have little direction, work 50-70 hours a week (including weekends), and consistently get blamed for things you have no control over than this is the place for you. Also they tell everyone, including clients, how transparent they are until something happens. Then they spend a ton of time and resources hiding issues from the client. If they client ever finds out what is truly going on upper management will blame you and I have witnessed people being walked out for things they could not control but instead they were used as a scapegoat. If you are looking for a loyal company where you can build your career this is now the organization for you.

Pros

There are so many great things about Businessolver, but I especially love the people. The people have become an extension of my family. I can't imagine being anywhere else.

Cons

Like any job, you have to work... other than that - I really don't have much for negatives. I think some extra holidays may be nice but my vacation package also allows me to take time when I need it.

Pros

I've been with Businessolver for over 2 years and couldn't be happier. I've seen a lot of negative feedback for this company, but tend to disagree with everything I read. I've read several complaints about being, "over worked" and "under paid", however I think those complaints come from those who haven't worked hard enough to be paid well or manage their time. If you want to leave at 5 pm, get your work done by 5pm. If you want to be paid well, do amazing work. Des Moines isn't the west coast. If you are expecting to be paid the salary you would make at Apple- go to Apple. Go to Google. Go to Microsoft. Im sure you could do an amazing job at any of those companies...but as a fellow employee, we are glad to have you in Des Moines. At Businessolver. You are making an impact on people's lives without even knowing it! Honestly, the executive staff is so great. Everyone is willing to help when needed! The staff at Businessolver bonds together to make things happen- which is so great!

Cons

Stop hiring NAEs who have no idea what they are doing. CRMs look toward NAEs to support, however, when you hire the wrong people, we struggle and look bad. We are the forefront to our clients and Businessolver is actually making CRMs look bad by hiring terrible NAEs.
