Pros

Great, dedicated co-workers. The software is basically a good product

Cons

Where to start? I have always felt that people should formulate their own opinions, but I have had friends who went to work there ask me "WHY didn't you warn me??" This place is like a sweat shop! ZERO work like balance. Do NOT expect a raise or a bonus no matter how well you do your job. Management is horrible!! They absolutely do NOT care about you as an employee. They only care about the clients as a means to fill their pockets. If they really cared about the clients, they would treat their employees with respect and put them appropriately so as to keep good people who are knowledgeable and able to offer great value. They also would not sell/promise you services when they have no clue how to manage them them. On the other hand, if you are "in the inner circle", you will be well taken care of. Very immature, unprofessional atmosphere. They have a bar in the office for a reason... You will NEED it!!

Pros

Free food, some nice co-workers, no heavy gossip to get caught up in. That's about it.

Cons

Where to start. Poor communication, everyday you are bombarded with new information and expected to know it all right away. You are constantly monitored for all behavior. Very PC workplace with a lot of young people who don't have much life experience and who think wearing pajamas to work is a fun event. Kind of juvenile, mindless and fake.. No sense of being a team. You don't know from day to day if you;ll be fired. People start disappearing . like a dozen in the last few months without rhyme or reason, Very weird how they handle firings. Morale is very low. I would not advise a friend to apply if they have other options. Feels like the owners want to get just big enough to sell. I am looking and so are A LOT of people.

Pros

Free food and drinks. Best job at Businessolver! This job is not client facing, instead it supports the client facing teams. This position has no hard deliverables, responsibilities or accountability.

Cons

Co-Workers are demanding when they want help. Can be hard to function in a company with so many stressed out people. Praise is peer driven, so can feel like a high school popularity contest sometimes.
