Pros

Wow!!! When I read the reviews on here it frustrates me. The people who have written reviews on here are not the Businessolver type for sure. Those that can make it in this fast paced environment will thrive and will grow with the company because the opportunities here are limitless. The opportunities employees have received here will follow them forever. This definitely is a seeker environment, no one should expect to be spoon-fed. Everyone is required to give their all to make this a successful company. You should want to be a part of that environment because it just leads to individual growth and trust from your leaders. Learning and growth with the company is what is needed to continue to be a leader in the market and we are well on our way and outshine our competition in many ways. As for the reviewers that say we are fake and need to close the doors - think again. We are a very transparent culture, and I do not say that being a "yes (wo)man" I believe that. We aren't afraid to say we have made a mistake but what we do is learn from those mistakes to help our clients have the best service possible. Nothing is all flowers and bunnies, but being able to persevere through the hard times is very important to being a strong individual. if you choose to be a victim, you can blame no one but yourself. Having an attitude that your employer owes you everything is not the way to go, you should always look at it as a partnership. What you do to help your employer be successful will ultimately lead to your own success!

Cons

Be sure to set your own limits and goals. You are the master of your own destiny and if you decide you are going to fail, you will fail. Work-life balance is absolutely achievable, I have been here for 7 years and have been able to limit the additional time I work off the clock and still be very successful at what I do. If you are willing to put in the time and hard work when you are here it will pay off, that doesn't mean you have to be here 24/7.

Growth Attitude...

Pros

Free food and drinks. They are outside of downtown so parking for tenured employees is close and free. If you are hired in the past year, be prepared to walk 10 minutes in rain and snow to get in the building.

Cons

They spew on and on about living a growth attitude. Accept change. Embrace chaos. Work better and harder. None of this involves compensating their employees fairly. People go years without a raise but they get more and more work piled on. Those who stay longer than a year have drank the koolaid or are miserable. Most in upper management suck up to execs, run over other employees or have been around long enough to get where they are now. Most employees don't last a year or two. Businessolver is so worried about selling and positioning themselves they forget about what makes their company run: their employees! Everyone in the company works like dogs to line upper management's pockets.
