Pros

The children and parents are great and the growth you see from the children is extremely rewarding.

Cons

No clear track for room for growth, lack of communication from staff, full time tutors do not get PTO or holiday pay. The most you can make as a tutor is 16.80 in Texas via supervisor response. Going on almost 2 years.

Cons

Stay away from this company. Hiring process is ridiculously long and training is unpaid. There are many other smaller ABA providers with better training and benefits like medical, dental, etc. You are promised clients and it never works out. They will fire you and not even care about it because lack of communication is that severe.
