Management is horrible, the Techs aren't treated fairly, company policies aren't employee friendly, high turnover rate, no employee empowerment, lack of employee input, poor employee morale.

All of the coworkers were very nice people including the regional director in my area. All of the coworkers really cared about their jobs.

Cons

Terrible hours. My clients changed all the time which was very hard. Not getting paid enough for how hard that job is. Simply would not recommend unless you want to be a BCBA.

Cons

I have worked for about 6 companies. The people who have left here with a bad taste in their mouth have done so because they took the respectful working environment for granted and miss understood friendliness for a lack of discipline. I have seen that those who fall off did so because they stopped taking pride in what they do and used the freedom they had to stop working an got involved with drama.
