Thank you for your feedback. Just as you mentioned, the flexibility of the part-time role and the ability to gain RBT Certification without any cost to the team member is a significant draw to Butterfly Effects. For many reasons, clients and families do cancel sessions and insurance companies do not allow for the client/family to be charged a cancellation fee. Make up sessions are not always feasible for families to schedule. To that end, we understand the challenge this may provide for part-time team members. I certainly hope that the skills that you acquired during your time with us leads to a long-term future in ABA Therapy and that you return to your roots at Butterfly Effects in a full-time BCBA role!

Thank you for your feedback and touching on points that we are feverishly working to improve. While the 40-hour training is required by our payers and provides for a marketable credential that is transferable to other providers, we understand that the process can be improved and more engaging. With that said, we are in the midst of a quality improvement project to not only reduce the time of throughput from Tech application to client service hours, the project is also piloting new field trainer positions and preceptors to close the gap in communication to the remote workforce to complement our company-wide efforts. As a new team member, our Techs receive a welcome bag with start up supplies for the assigned client. We have employed a work group to provide suggestions on how to better provide for materials that are the most suitable to the individual client. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It looks like we are on the same page in identifying ways to improve the team member experience. Best wishes in your future endeavors.

Pros

I love the actual work I do as a BCBA, this company didn't provide the resources to provide the services they're cashing in on

Cons

This company values quantity over quality; They're are extremely unethical service providers

While it pains me to believe that someone does not see or feel the passion and compassion that I myself and others feel and exhibit in support of the Butterfly Effects Mission, I appreciate your feedback in recognizing that we have more work to do in building the culture in all remote corners of our field operations. Quality is always forefront and is reflected in the lower than standard productivity expectations across the industry. Our regulatory audits and team member engagement surveys and parent satisfaction scores paint a very different picture of our high ethical standards. I am disappointed that your experience was not as intended for all team members. I wish you well in your future endeavors.
