      Management is out of touch with reality. While they live in mantions, employees Can barely pay rent with four roommates

      Pros

      Endless psychological warfare! Favoritism galore! Obvious racism! You no longer need a big long name. You’re reduced to SEVEN letters! Elitism as far as the eye can see! If you’re REALLY lucky, you get less than 1% of a raise every other year. It’s AMAZING.

      Cons

      Not enough meetings. 4 a day simply isn’t enough. There are literally twice as many conference rooms as bathroom stalls in the building. Not enough conference rooms! More conference and meeting rooms! There are also not enough middle managers in each department. The 1:4 ratio isn’t enough! Think Peter in Office Space with the TPS reports.

      Pros

      Really not much going on here but a lot of data entry. The office is located in a trendy part of town close to some decent restaurants that you won't be able to afford working here.

      Cons

      Well to start off with you will be paid considerably less than your brokerage counterparts. You are an extension of the client which means you'll be taking blame for all issues including ones the customer caused. You also will be doing mindless data enter and dealing with countless problems all while being understaffed and underequiped with technology to keep up. Many people have and are looking to take their experience to other more advanced tech players in the industry.
