Interesting Project, Bad management. Abusive hours.

Interesting clients and very well qualified peers (who eventually get burned out, or weary of bad management and leave)

Cons

Worked until 4 am on weekdays and always worked weekends. No actual analytics though "managing director" always offer clients benchmarking. Absurd leadership.
