      Pros

      The best money I have ever made! Excellent benefits and SOME good people to work for and with. The ability to have a flexible schedule that meets my customers needs also helps me with my commute. A key benefit for a lot of employees I think is the train/bus/shuttle passes that easy parking congestion in the SODO.

      Cons

      Communication from middle management to employees is limited, especially betweeen departments. Marketing could do better. Changes that come from senior to middle management is rarely communicated to the trenches.

      Pros

      Very innovative and up to the minute technology wise. Great Bennies and opportunity to make some cash! Cobalt is very family oriented. Faith, Family and Job are the considered norms. Safety 1st with regards to the weather. In some cases you can telecommute. They are very generous with time off and there are several ways to increase your income.

      Cons

      Too many old timers that are afraid of change. Once change is reconized it takes ion's to get the ball rolling. Management will tend to turn a deaf ear to an innovation or idea that has been previously shot down even though the change is necessary. Lack of recognition when you are the one that came up with that idea.

      Pros

      It pays better than McDonalds. Flexible hours and you can wear practically anything you want. Nirf wars, free coffee. Close to where I live and prety easy to get to. The south end is cool.Beer 30!

      Cons

      lousy location, no comp for parking in Seattle, management has their head in a hole in the ground, too much "just do it" type of work, no pay raises, no way to get promoted, crappy work spaces. If you kiss up to your manager you can get promoted, no promotion for doing the extra or helping out.
