      Pros

      Some good reasons for working at Cobalt: Ping pong, 15 minute smoke breaks, 8 hour days, ice cream vending machine, the option to drink alcohol every Friday at 3:30.. although it gets hot and stinky in the room cause it's pretty much like5 people per square foot.

      Cons

      Some downsides to working at Cobalt: There is not too much in the way of communication between managers and subordinates, at least from where I sat. Pay was not quite up to par with industry averages, and a lot of cutting corners when it comes to new hires. Saving money seems to be the big thing when the market is down... good for short term maybe, bad for long term.

      Pros

      It's not a bad place to be between jobs. It has all the potential of a start up company with the benefits and pay as WalMart. I am sure they mean well, and employees have fun, but honestly... management is young and hold very little experience.

      Cons

      Management has little experience and advancement opportunities are slim. Employees are extremely underpaid and not only do the health benefits suck but HR has no clue what benefits are covered and how. This company has all the atributes of a start up company with the benefits and feeling of a WalMart slash sweat shop!

      Pros

      Free Bus Pass, flexible working hours. If you like working 8 hour days this is the job for you. However, be warned they will keep giving you more work and more accounts because employee turnover is so high and they do not bring in new employees.

      Cons

      Everything. Cobalt is not competitive with industry standards. They are very cheap about giving raises and they bring in a lot of less qualified or inexperienced employees so that they can be cheap and not have to pay as much in salary for their workforce.
