Pros

Great vacation, OK benefits, good hours and usually a good work/home life balance with minimal OT

Cons

New management that is taking over seems to be phasing out all the tenured employees which makes for a lot of mistakes from new hires, longer times to get things done, and folks that just don't have the knowledge to do the job correctly.

Pros

Coworkers, pay and vacation and that's about it!

Cons

Overworked. was putting in 14 hour days at least 6 days a week. Had between 70- 91 files. If you took your vacation you had a nightmare when you got back. So I ended up working on My vacation too. Upper management is HORRIBLE!! What ever you do, don't give your opinion on "anything" to upper management when they ask you how things are going! It will end up with terrible consequences!!!! They used to be a great Company to work for but this is no longer the case! It's really sad that employees are paying for the Management screw ups in the long run!

Pros

Compensation is fair. If you're proactive, there are great mentors willing to guide you through your professional development and career path. Availability of talented people (unfortunately the supply is inconsistent with the turnover rates).

Cons

Inconsistent cultures between teams, without the guidance of strong Company values/mission communicated to all employees. No standardized or established on boarding process. High turn over within Teams internally/externally. Due to turnover, people are promoted that aren't ready in their skill set and ability to manage people. Leadership is slow to react to necessary changes in culture. I.e. Everyone agrees on what needs to be reevaluated and enhanced, but no action comes from it (yet to be seen). Interfaces for benefits, HR portals (self service), IT support, security requests all look difference, very disjointed and hard to navigate. Benefits are lacking with the exception of 401-K match.
