Used to be great, will likely be great again at some point in the future...??

Cons

Not where you want to be in 2024. Lots of dysfunction, unrealistic goals and upper management unwilling to face reality. Recent structural changes still causing massive disruption in Middle Market and other areas. No one left to do the job properly and all upper management cares about is production and why it's behind plan. Morale is at rock bottom.

401k is good, most workers are nice, decent pay

Cons

The company used to value their employees but now they could care less about them. They don't appreciate loyalty to the company and many employees who had been there for a long time choose to leave or retire. There is no rhyme or reason when they do layoffs. They'll get rid of an employee not thinking all that knowledge is going with them. The people they hire are straight out of college, stay for a year or two then leave. Morale is horrible throughout most of the company. The systems are outdated and slow.
