      Great People but Serious Staffing Issues

      Pros

      The folks at CNA work incredibly hard and do what they can to support each other and their associates. Unfortunately, this mindset seems to stop past the director level.

      Cons

      Most claims departments are incredibly understaffed. Our department has turned over approximately one third of their adjusters and has only replaced three openings in the past two years.

      Benefits are competitive, many peers are good to work with and trying to be professional in order to deliver service to customers.

      Cons

      Toxic environment toward long time employees, recognition and acknowledgement is given to a select group of employees, standards are too high with understaffing, management is more concerned with profit over making sure staffing is proper even with a significant number of suggestions from employees.
