Pay is more than fair for the job you are performing. Human Resources does show concern for well-being of employees.

Cons

Real frustration from customers goes uncorrected, and you are encouraged to contribute to their frustration through enforcing backwards policies. Equipment is outdated and frequently out of order, both on the company side and the customer side. Especially on the customer side.

Very low cost home services, great benefits, compensation, senior management, and colleagues.

Cons

Middle management did not provide a positive atmosphere to work in. Any management levels above that were excellent, and I'd work for them again any day, however, when middle management is not willing to work with you or support you; it makes for a serious challenge. Again, this seemed only within the department I was associated with.
